Gymtots Exercise for the under 5’s

Fun physical play activities for pre-school children. We facilitate social, physical and educational development. Gymtots will explore our child friendly gymnastics environment and equipment with stimulating activities using fun hand held apparatus. Sessions are organised into age groups. Initially adults accompany their children before the child moves on to the independent child groups.

Swinging and moving to music, songs and rhymes

Early Years Fundamental Movement Awards for Adult and Child.
ABC awards for Independent children.
